Midastouch Events

Our place is on Chincholi Bunder Road in Malad West. It’s a lively area of Mumbai, always something going on outside our door. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while. It’s not the biggest office you’ve ever seen, but it’s where we do all our planning and storage. Midastouch Events is basically a few of us trying to make sure things go right for the people who hire us. We deal with a lot of different people every week. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, the phone is ringing. Malad is a big place, and being in the West side helps with getting around to different venues. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. Mostly, people just find us through friends or neighbors. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure the supplies are ready. The traffic on Chincholi Bunder Road can be a headache, but we’re used to it by now. We try to keep our workspace organized, though it gets cluttered when we have a big event coming up. It’s just the reality of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai, just one that people can talk to. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see our sign. We're usually around from morning till the sun goes down. Most people just call us before they come over. It saves everyone some time.
