Our office is tucked away in Bandra East, specifically in Laxmi Tower,A Win, office number seven. It is a bit of a trek to get here sometimes with the Mumbai traffic, but we stay busy with all the production stuff we handle at Mickz Model Management Production India. Most days, we are just looking at photos, answering calls, and trying to figure out schedules for the models. It isn't always as glamorous as people think from the outside. There is a lot of paperwork and basic admin that goes into running a management firm like ours. We have been in this spot for some time now and it works for us. The room is usually filled with portfolios and some old coffee mugs. We try to keep things moving because the production side of things moves fast and doesn't wait for anyone. Being in Bandra East means we are close to a lot of the action, even if our building is just a normal office block. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a place where we get the work done and make sure the projects stay on track. People come in for meetings, we talk about the shoot details, and then we get back to the emails. It is a small team here, and we all just pitch in where it is needed. That is basically how we operate every single day in this office.
