Our setup at Meyer Organics is spread across the Mumbai and Thane area. We’ve been working in the organics and pharmaceutical field for a long time now. It’s a serious business, dealing with health products and supplements. We aren't just a small shop around the corner; there are factories and various offices involved in the process. A lot of our day involves quality checks and making sure the production lines are running exactly how they should. Thane has become such a big hub for this kind of manufacturing work. The commute between Mumbai and Thane is something we all deal with every day. It’s not always easy with the traffic, but it’s part of the job. Our people are mostly focused on the science and the logistics of getting products out to the stores. It’s not like a creative agency where people are sitting around drawing all day. It’s more about tablets, liquids, and proper packaging. We have to follow a lot of strict rules because of the industry we are in. The atmosphere is professional but we still have that local feel since most of us grew up around here. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or marketing fluff. We just focus on the manufacturing side and making sure the supply chain stays moving for the people who need our products. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just a group of people working in a lab or an office.
