You can find us in Solitaire Corporate Park, specifically in unit 762/862 inside building number seven at 167 Guru Hargovindji Marg. Being in Andheri East means we deal with a lot of traffic every single day, which can be tiring. The office is on one of the higher floors, so we get a decent view of the city haze and the nearby buildings. Most of our time is taken up by planning these massive trade fairs that happen in big halls across the country. There are teams here talking to exhibitors from Germany and other places abroad. The phones ring a lot and there is always a debate about floor space or where stalls should be placed. We use a lot of physical maps and digital layouts to get it right. The office itself is typical for Mumbai, quite crowded with desks and people moving around fast between meetings. We usually grab lunch at the food court downstairs or bring something from home to eat quickly at the desk while working. During the monsoon season, the windows get hit hard by the rain and everything feels a bit damp for a few months. We have stacks of brochures and old badges from previous shows sitting in the storage area in the back. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure things arrive on time and that the vendors know where to go. It is never really quiet here.
