Our office is in Mulchand Mansion, which is one of those older buildings you find around S. G. Marg. We are at 1/1, right in the middle of the 20/30 block. It’s got that specific Mumbai feel where everything is a bit cramped but somehow fits. The street outside is always full of activity, with people moving goods and bikes parked everywhere. Inside Mesha Pharma Pvt. Ltd., it's mostly us dealing with orders and talking to suppliers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We have been in this part of town for some time. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a while. It isn't like those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. Here, the ceilings are high and the hallways are narrow. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or tracking shipments. Sometimes the electricity flickers when it rains heavy, but that's just how it is. We keep a stash of files in the corner that seems to keep growing. It’s a practical space for practical work. If you are looking for us, you just find the entrance to Mulchand Mansion and head in. There’s usually a watchman nearby who can point you toward the right door if you look lost. The place has a lot of history in its walls.
