You can find us on the ground floor of the Sonarika Building. We’re in shop 1-B, right there in Chandawadi on the C.P. Tank Road. It’s a tight space, packed with papers and samples, but it works for us. We’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for quite some time. Dealing with steel and engineering supplies is what we know. Most days are spent talking to contractors or guys from the workshops who need parts or materials. The phone rings a lot, and usually, it's someone asking if we have a specific gauge in stock. We don't use much technology here, just the basics to keep things moving. The building itself is older, and you have to look for the sign because it’s easy to walk right past it if you aren't paying attention. It gets crowded in the afternoons when everyone is out on the road. We stay busy with the paperwork and making sure the deliveries are lined up. Sometimes things get delayed because of the traffic around here, which is just part of being in this area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the guys who rely on us get what they need so they can finish their projects. It's a lot of manual tracking and checking. It might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept.
