Mehta Courier

You can find Mehta Courier over in Kandivali West, at Hiraji Bhavan in the Pimple Saudagar area. We are in unit 429. It is a busy little spot because there are always envelopes and parcels piled up everywhere. We started this because we saw everyone needing things moved quickly across the city. It is mostly just us and a few delivery guys who know the shortcuts around Kandivali better than anyone. The office isn't much to see, just a desk, some scales, and a lot of tape. Sometimes the packages are tiny, and other times they are big boxes that take up half the room. We try to keep track of everything on the clipboard, though things get hectic during the holidays. The building, Hiraji Bhavan, has a lot of character, mostly meaning the elevator is slow and the hallways are narrow. But we like it here. We know the people who live and work nearby. If someone has a document that needs to get to an office downtown, they bring it to us. We do not have any high-tech tracking systems like the big global companies, but we know where our guys are. It is just honest work, making sure things do not get lost in the mail. We have had some long days here, especially when the monsoon rains make the roads a mess, but we keep at it. People depend on us to get their stuff delivered.
