Medpharmz India is tucked away at 3b in Bandra W. If you know Bandra, you know it can be a maze of small lanes and busy streets with people everywhere. Our spot at 3b is a modest space where we handle our daily business. It’s not a huge office by any means, but it’s enough for what we do. Bandra West is a lively neighborhood to be in, and there is always something happening right outside the door, whether it is someone selling snacks or just the traffic. We have a small team here, and we mostly focus on keeping our operations in India running smoothly. The office itself is pretty simple—just some desks, computers, and a lot of boxes stacked in the corner. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. We aren't into the corporate polish you see in the big glass buildings in the city. We prefer this local feel. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Bandra traffic, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over time. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to stay on top of the orders. There’s a lot of back-and-forth communication that happens here. It’s a busy little place, and while it might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, we know exactly where everything is. It’s our base of operations and we’ve made it our own.
