Medley Pharmaceuticals Limited

Medley Pharmaceuticals Limited is located at 26/71 Saug Baug in the Marol Industrial Estate. This is in Andheri East, just off the Andheri Kurla Road. It’s a very industrial setting with lots of warehouses and workshops nearby. We’ve been here for a long time. The office is a bit of a maze with all the different sections we have for different tasks. It’s not a shiny new building, but it’s sturdy and serves us well. We do a lot of pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution from this site. It can get quite loud with the machinery and the trucks outside. We have a lot of staff who have been here for decades. It feels more like a big family than a corporation. We don’t use fancy language to describe our work. We just make sure the medicine is made right and gets delivered. The area is always buzzing with activity, especially during the day. We have a small canteen area where everyone gathers for lunch. It’s a place where real work happens. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s always a lot of paperwork to keep up with because of the industry we are in. We take things one day at a time. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment and we wouldn't have it any other way. We focus on getting orders out the door without making a fuss about it. That's just the way things are here.
