Medicure Pharmaceuticals

Our shop is number 5 in the Farzana Apartment building, located on A. H. Wadia Marg in Kurla. We are pretty close to the Shalimar Hotel, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Kurla is always crowded and busy, but that’s just Mumbai for you. Medicure Pharmaceuticals is a small place. We don’t have much room, so we have to be very organized with how we store everything. The apartment building is an older one, but it suits us just fine. We spend our days dealing with various pharmaceutical products and talking to customers who come by or call us. The street outside is usually full of autos and people, so it never feels quiet. We aren’t a big chain; it’s just a local operation. We don’t go for anything fancy like expensive furniture or high-tech displays. We just have our counters and our stock. Most of the people who work here have been with us for a long time. We know the regulars and we try to be helpful when someone is looking for a specific medicine. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the inventory, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone, just doing our daily business in this little corner of Kurla. It gets humid in the monsoon, but we keep the place as dry as we can and just keep the business running.
