Medicine India

Medicine India is located at unit number 4 in the Kuste Compound in Borivali East. Working in a compound is a bit different than a regular office building. It has a more industrial feel to it, with heavy doors and concrete floors that are easy to sweep. We have some neighbors who do manufacturing, so there is often the sound of machines or hammering in the background during the day. Our unit is quite straightforward. We have a front area where we receive visitors and a back section where all the real work happens. It stays relatively cool inside because of the thick walls, which is a blessing during the summer months. There is a small patch of open space out front where the staff likes to stand and have their morning tea before the workday really starts. We do not have any fancy signs or shiny interiors. Everything here is built for utility. The shelves are packed with products, and the desks are simple wooden tables. Being in Borivali East, we are close enough to the station for people to commute easily, but the compound itself feels tucked away from the main road noise. It is a place where we just get on with things. There is no corporate ladder here, just a small team of people who have worked together for years and know how to get the shipments out on time without making a big deal of it.
