Starting with the address 203/3, Mahavir Stable in Mumbai. It’s a busy spot here in 400013. We’ve been running Media out of this space for some time now and it definitely feels like home. The area around Mahavir Stable is always moving, people coming and going at all hours. Our office isn’t anything like those corporate glass towers you see in the movies. It’s a practical place where we just get things done. Most days start with the sound of the city waking up outside our windows. We have some old desks and a lot of paper everywhere, but it works for us. Living and working in Mumbai means you get used to the noise and the close quarters. There’s a chai stall just down the road where we usually end up talking about the day's work. It’s not a fancy life, but we like it here. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the rain makes things difficult during monsoon, but we just keep going. This part of Maharashtra has its own rhythm. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks, busy with whatever project is on the table that week. It’s just how things are at our Mumbai spot. We focus on the work and don't worry too much about having the shiniest office in the neighborhood. It is just a regular place.
