You can find Mci Management India Pvt Ltd in the Madhava Building, which is over in Bandra East. We are in Office No 410. A lot of people find us by looking for the Family Court since we are right behind it. Bandra East has a different feel compared to the West side; it feels a bit more serious with all the government offices and legal buildings around. Our office is a simple setup where we handle management tasks. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We spend a good chunk of our day on emails and phone calls. It’s not the kind of place with a ping-pong table or a lounge. We are just here to get through the daily tasks. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose. Getting here can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours because the roads get choked up near the highway. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together in the small pantry area. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the management work that needs doing, and try to keep things running smoothly. It gets quiet in the evenings after the court closes down, which is actually quite nice for catching up on the last few bits of work before we lock up and head out for the day. It’s just a regular office job for us.
