Max Hary Events

Max Hary Events is our small operation in Ghatkopar East. We are located in Room No 9 on the second floor of Laxmi Bhavan. It’s an old building, and there’s no elevator, so we get our exercise climbing those stairs every day. We handle event planning, which basically means we do all the worrying so you don't have to. It’s a small team, just me and two others. We’ve known each other for years, so we work well together. The office isn't much to look at, just some old desks and a lot of notebooks. We don't use fancy apps for everything; sometimes a pen and paper are just easier. Ghatkopar is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve been here since we started. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us and our work. Most of our time is spent out of the office, meeting with caterers or looking at venues. It’s a lot of running around and phone calls. Sometimes it gets stressful when things don't go according to plan, but we always find a way to make it work. We aren't trying to be some massive agency. We just enjoy what we do and try to stay practical about it. That’s how we’ve always run things at Max Hary. We’re just regular folks doing our best to make every event work out fine.
