Our place is on the 4th floor of Kanta Building, room 402. We are situated on Phirozshah Road in Santacruz West. It is right opposite the Hi Life Mall, so there is always a lot of activity and people shopping nearby. S V Road is just right there, and the traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but that’s just Santacruz for you. The office is a bit of a walk up if you don’t want to wait for the elevator, which can be slow. Inside, we have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without shouting. It’s a lived-in space, with posters on the walls and cables running along the floor in some places. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom. It’s a place for work. Most of the day is spent handling calls or working on the computers. Sometimes the noise from the street below filters in, but we have the fans going so it’s not too bad. Being near the mall is handy if we need to grab something quickly. We are just a team of people trying to keep things running smoothly. It’s a busy life in a busy part of town, and we just take it one day at a time without any grand plans.
