Our office is tucked away in Kandivli East, specifically at 5 A/23 Purva Asha Nagar. It’s a practical space. We don't have glass walls or expensive furniture because we’d rather spend that on our equipment. Matrix Biopharma Industries isn't a name you'll see on billboards. We prefer it that way. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure the labels are straight. It sounds boring to some, but it’s what we know. We’ve had the same neighbors for years. The guys down the street and the shops nearby are all part of our daily routine. Working in Mumbai means you get used to the noise and the heat, and our little spot in Purva Asha Nagar is no different. We started out with just a couple of desks and a lot of hope. Now we have a bit more, but the attitude hasn't changed. We don't write long reports about vision or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves if we can. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won't find anyone in a suit here unless they're lost. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business in a busy part of town. That’s the reality of it. There are no secrets here, just a lot of boxes and some hard-working folks trying to make things happen.
