Masterminds Media Associates

Our office is over in Andheri West, specifically in Crystal Plaza. We are in unit D-313 on New Link Road. It’s a well-known building in Oshiwara, right across from Infinity Mall. Because of the location, there’s always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We’ve been running Masterminds Media Associates from this spot for a good bit of time. The office is pretty standard. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of computers. We don't really go in for fancy interior design. It’s a working space, first and foremost. Most days are spent talking to clients and managing media schedules. It can get a bit loud in the corridors of Crystal Plaza since there are so many other businesses nearby. We usually just keep our door closed and focus on the work. It’s a convenient place because everything you need is just a walk away. We aren't into making big claims about being the best or anything like that. We just take the projects as they come and do what needs to be done. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, and that’s a tragedy, but we survive. It’s a simple, honest setup. We just show up every morning and keep things moving. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily life here. We like being in the middle of all the Andheri action.
