Marvel Syntex Llp is over on Pandurang Budhkar Marg, which many still call Delisle Road. We are at Plot-CS 445 in the Madhu Industrial Estate, specifically on Floor-1, Unit 37. This is right in the heart of Mumbai, 400013. The industrial estate is a busy place with all kinds of businesses operating side by side. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up, which can be a bit of a workout. Our space is mostly filled with synthetic materials and rolls of yarn. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the stock we keep. The building is one of those classic Mumbai industrial structures—sturdy but showing its age. We spend our days managing the Syntex orders and making sure everything is labeled right. The light from the windows is usually enough during the day, but we have plenty of lamps for the evening shifts. There is always a lot of chatter from the other units and the sound of the city coming through the walls. We don't have any polished showrooms. Our focus is just on the work and getting the orders out the door. It is a practical environment where we spend most of our waking hours. Pandurang Budhkar Marg is always packed with vehicles, so we are used to the constant hum of the city.
