Mapleicous Chocolates

We are located in Oshiwara, Andheri West. Specifically, we are in Room No 3 and 4 of the Sai Kripa Building. It is a modest space where we spend most of our waking hours. When we first moved in, the rooms were empty and we had to figure out how to fit all our counters and fridges. It is a bit of a tight squeeze now that we have more equipment. We make chocolates here from scratch. The smell of cocoa usually hangs around the hallway which the neighbors do not seem to mind. We are not trying to be a global brand or anything. We just like the process of making something and seeing it finished. Some days are long and our backs ache from standing at the marble slabs. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. We just use simple packaging and let the product speak for itself. Living and working in Andheri West means there is always something going on outside. The traffic is usually bad but inside we just focus on our work. It is a small operation with just a couple of people helping out. We do not have a fancy website or anything. If someone wants to buy something they usually just come by or give us a call. It is a simple way to do things and we like the routine.
