Mantra Events

Mantra Events is based in Ghatkopar West in Mumbai. We are in J4, Mahendra Park, which is located in the Narayan Nagar area. It’s a busy residential neighborhood with lots of families. Our office is more of a home-base for our event planning business. We have a lot of stuff stored in the rooms here—things like banners, some old decorations, and piles of paperwork. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes because running events requires a lot of physical materials. We spend a lot of our time out on the road visiting different venues or meeting with vendors across the city. When we are actually in the office, we are usually on the phone or typing away on the laptop. Ghatkopar is a great location for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of Mumbai from the station. We started this business because we just liked the process of organizing things. It is hard work and often involves a lot of late nights, especially when there is a big event happening the very next day. We don't have a big fancy office with a view of the skyline. It’s just a ground-floor space where we try to keep everything organized. We know the neighbors in Mahendra Park quite well. They are used to seeing us loading and unloading trucks at odd hours. We just do our best to make things work. It’s a practical and hands-on business.
