Manjri Varde

Over at 301, Sameer Apartments in Versova Village, is where Manjri Varde is located. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the big office blocks. Versova has its own character, and being in an apartment building makes the whole thing feel more personal. It’s not a sterile corporate environment. There are plants around and it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We do our creative work here. There isn't a big sign outside or a lobby with a security guard. You just come up to the third floor. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, which is good for focusing. We don't really do the whole "corporate mission" thing. It’s just Manjri Varde and the work that happens within these walls. Sometimes the salt air from the sea nearby makes things feel a bit different. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office address. We like being in Andheri West because it’s where things are happening, but we like our little corner in Sameer Apartments too. It’s a bit lived-in and definitely not perfect, but it’s where the ideas come from. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look. We just show up and get into whatever project is going on that day. It’s a very simple and direct way of working.
