Management Trainee

We are located at A-14 in the Barkha Bahar Co-operative Housing Society. It’s part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Living and working in a housing society like this means things are always a bit lively. You’ve got families around, kids playing, and the usual sounds of a Mumbai neighborhood. We go by the name Management Trainee, and we basically focus on helping people get their start in the business world. Since we are in Kandivali East 400101, we see a lot of people from the local area who are looking for a bit of guidance. Our setup is pretty modest. We use a couple of rooms in the flat to hold our sessions and keep our files. It’s not a big corporate training center with hundreds of seats. It’s more personal than that. We spend our time talking to students and young professionals about how to handle themselves in an office and how to manage their work. Thakur Complex is a huge area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the society. We just try to be helpful and pass on what we know about management. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
