Our office is at Flat No 203 on the second floor of Nilkanth Park. It’s in Sector 18, very close to the Mansarovar Station in Kamothe. Being so close to the station means we see a lot of people rushing by every day. We started this business a few years ago because we liked traveling and helping others figure out their trips. It’s a small space with two desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking at flight schedules on the computer. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to give someone their tickets, which is always frustrating. We’ve lived in Kamothe for quite a while, so we know most of the people in the building. It’s a friendly place. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually find us because their cousin or neighbor told them we were okay to deal with. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and airlines. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s interesting to hear where people want to go. The office gets a bit noisy when the trains go past, but we don’t really notice it anymore. We just sit here, drink our tea, and try to get the bookings done right. It’s a simple, local business and we like it that way. No big speeches, just tickets and tours. We try to be helpful and honest about everything.
