Softy Cashew

Softy Cashew is based in Malad, a part of the city that never seems to stop moving. We’ve been operating out of this area for quite some time now. Our setup is pretty simple, focusing mostly on getting cashews sorted and ready. Malad is a huge place, but we’ve found our little corner here where we can do our work without too much fuss. It’s not a fancy office or a high-tech factory. It’s more of a warehouse-style space where we keep our stock. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the nuts and making sure the packaging is okay. It’s dusty work sometimes, and there are days when the heat in Malad makes it a bit tough, but we get through it. We aren't a big brand you see on TV commercials; we’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. Most of the people who work here are from around Malad, so we have a good group that knows the area well. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just focus on the cashews and making sure they get where they need to go. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of Malad traffic, which is a constant struggle, but we manage. It’s just a plain, honest business and we’re happy to be part of the Malad community. We usually have a bit of a laugh during our tea break in the afternoon. It keeps the mood light. No stress.
