Bajrang Art Jewellers

You can find Bajrang Art Jewellers over in Simon Compound. We are situated in the Rajan Pada area, right across from the Goregaon Sports Club on the Link Road. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re driving along that way. The compound itself is a bit of an older spot, not like the new glass buildings you see popping up. We’ve got our workspace set up here and it suits us just fine. Being near the sports club means there’s always something going on nearby. Our shop is where we do all the handwork. It’s not always the cleanest place because of the filing and polishing we do, but we try to keep the front area decent for visitors. We have a couple of small display cases where we put the finished pieces. My brother and I run the place mostly. We learned the trade from our father. The Link Road can get backed up with traffic during rush hour, so we usually stay late to finish up orders while the roads clear out. The walls are painted a plain off-white and we have some old calendars hanging up. It’s a working shop, not a gallery. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything. Just plain clothes and our tools. It’s a humble place, but we take the work seriously. If you’re around Goregaon, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. We just stick to our schedule and do the best we can.
