Puma Pharma Llc. is located in the Mhada area of Malad East. We are in unit J-113. If you know the Mhada colony, it's pretty easy to find us among the blocks. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so it feels very much like a neighborhood rather than a cold, isolated office park. The space we have is quite compact. We’ve had to be smart about how we arrange our desks, chairs, and storage boxes. It’s a ground-floor or low-level spot, so we see people walking by all day through the windows. It’s mostly just a few of us here handling the daily operations. We spend a lot of time on the computer and coordinating deliveries over the phone. It’s not a fancy office with a receptionist sitting at a big desk; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. The area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, especially when people are coming home from work, but that's typical for Malad. We’ve got a small kettle in the corner for making tea and some basic furniture that we've had for years. It’s a very humble and honest setup. We aren't doing any big marketing pushes or trying to look bigger than we are; we just focus on the people who already know us and need our help. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just steady work in a familiar part of the city. We like it here because it feels real and grounded.
