K. A. Malle Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

K. A. Malle Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is tucked away in the Krishnadham building on L. S. Raheja Marg. We are part of the Raheja Township area in Malad East. It’s a decent place to work, fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We have a modest office where we manage our pharmaceutical operations. Most of our days are spent coordinating with suppliers and checking on the status of different batches. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights, just our name on the door. The staff here is small, and we’ve mostly been working together for a long time. We know how things should run, so we don't need a lot of oversight. Sometimes we bring in lunch and eat together in the small break area. It’s a practical environment. We don't go for those high-tech office gadgets; we just use what works. The building itself is a bit older, but it’s sturdy. We focus on the quality of what we produce rather than how the office looks. We don't write long mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the medicine we handle is right and that it gets where it’s supposed to go. It’s a lot of small details that we have to get right every single day. That’s what we do here in Malad.
