Our place is located in Malad East at Ellora Park which is part of the Malad Co-Operative Housing Society. The address is 41342, and it is a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here. We handle both real estate things and legal services because they usually go together when someone is buying a house. It gets quite cramped in the office with all the legal documents and files stacked up on the shelves. Being inside a housing society means we see our neighbors every single day. Dhanuka Realtors & Legal Service is not a huge corporation, just a local spot where we help people figure out their property papers. Malad East is always crowded and there is always something going on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork for a sale because the legal side of things takes a lot of time. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. It is not always easy dealing with the legal system, but we have been doing it for a while now. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or typing out agreements. We don't do much fancy advertising, people mostly just hear about us from other people in the society. It is a lot of reading and checking fine print, which can be tiring, but that is the job we chose. We just keep at it day by day with the files and the phone calls.
