Property Solutions

Our office, Property Solutions, is located at 16 Kandivali East in the Liberty Chember. We are right in the Annex Mall area, so it’s a very active part of the neighborhood. Being near the Broadway Theater means there’s always a crowd around, especially in the evenings and on weekends. Our space in Liberty Chember is pretty simple. We have the usual office furniture and a lot of papers scattered around because there is always something to look at or sign. We spend a lot of time talking to people about the local area and what’s happening with the buildings around here. Since we are so close to the mall, we often grab a quick lunch there or see people heading in for a movie. It’s a good spot to be in because everyone knows where it is. We don't do much in the way of fancy stuff; we just focus on the work at hand. Most of our clients are people from the neighborhood or those who want to move into Kandivali East. We talk to them like neighbors because, for the most part, that’s what we are. There’s a lot of coming and going in this office, and we like the energy of it. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s an honest one where we get things done and try to stay helpful.
