Avon International

Avon International is located on the 5th floor of Sunshine Apartments, specifically at No. 504. This is in the Malkani Estate area of Bandongri in Malad East. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn’t working, which happens sometimes. Our office is basically a converted apartment space. It gives the place a bit of a homey feel, though it’s definitely a workplace. We handle international trade and logistics from here. The desks are pushed up against the walls to make more room for the files and samples we keep on hand. Malad East is a busy suburb, and there’s always something happening outside. From our floor, we can see a bit of the surrounding neighborhood and the traffic on the main road. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy lobby. Most of our work is done on the phone or through the computer. It’s a small team here, and we all wear many hats. One minute we are talking to a shipping agent and the next we are packing a small parcel. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just focus on the logistics and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. Living and working in Malkani Estate has its perks, like the local food stalls nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way every day.
