Mail United Express

Our shop is number L/23 on Dr D Moses Road in Worli. We are quite close to the Nehru Science Centre, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. It is a small place, mostly filled with boxes and rolls of packing tape. We handle mail and packages for the local community and some of the offices around here. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when everyone is trying to send out their stuff before the cutoff time. We spend a lot of our day weighing boxes and sticking labels on them. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. Sometimes people come in with things that are not packed right, so we help them wrap it up properly so it does not break. We have a counter where we take the details and a back area where we stack everything up for the trucks. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just a couple of us making sure the parcels go where they are supposed to go. It is a straightforward business. We keep track of the tracking numbers and make sure the logs are updated. People trust us because we have been here a long time and we do not make things more complicated than they need to be. It is just about getting a package from one place to another safely and on time.
