We run Maido Enterprises Pvt Ltd out of room 206 in the Ascord Center. That’s in Andheri East, right next to the Lee Meridian hotel. It’s a busy part of the city, but we like being here because everything is close by. The office is a modest space. We don’t have a massive reception area or anything like that. It’s just where we come to work every morning. Most of our time is spent on the phone or handling the daily operations. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We’re just a small team trying to keep things running smoothly. The Ascord Center is a familiar building for most people in this part of Andheri. Being near Sahar Road means we see a lot of people passing through. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai wallahs and the other shop owners. We just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and do the job. Sometimes it’s stressful when things pile up, but that’s just how business goes. We try to be practical about everything. We don’t use a lot of jargon. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our desks working away. It’s a real office with real people doing their best. We like the neighborhood even with all the noise and traffic.
