Maharaja Event Organisers

You can find us at 388 A in Chira Bazar. It is a very old and crowded neighborhood with lots of small shops and people moving through the narrow streets all day long. We work as event organizers from this location. It is mostly just a few of us trying to make sure everything for a client’s event is in the right place at the right time. We do not have a polished corporate office. It is more of a local shop feel where we keep our supplies and meet with people. We have been in Chira Bazar for a long time, so we are used to the noise and the constant activity outside our door. Organising an event involves many small, boring tasks that people don't really notice. We spend hours talking to various vendors and checking that the lights and sound systems are working properly. Sometimes it is hard to even find a place to park a scooter near 388 A, but we manage somehow. We handle all the logistics so our clients don't have to worry about them. It is not always perfect and things can get stressful, but we always try to find a solution quickly. Our office is a bit messy with old files and samples, but it shows we stay busy. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. There is no big secret to what we do; it is just about being reliable.
