Macleods Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd is situated in the Atlanta Arcade, which is on Marol Church Road in Andheri East. It’s a well-known building in this part of the city, so it’s not too hard to find once you get into the Marol area. The arcade itself is always full of people and different businesses. Our space inside is pretty functional. We haven't spent much time on fancy decorations or anything. We’ve got our desks and our computers, and that’s about it. The road outside can get really jammed up, especially when there’s a service at the church nearby. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the general chaos of Andheri. Inside, we try to keep things organized so we can get through the workload. It’s just a group of us working together every day. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just do what needs doing to keep the pharmaceutical business running. Most days are pretty much the same—answering phones, filing papers, and talking to suppliers. We take our breaks when we can and try to avoid the worst of the traffic on the way out. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of Mumbai. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular people working in a regular building.
