Maa Ashapura Farsan

I spend most of my day at Shop No 6 on J N Road. Maa Ashapura Farsan is basically where I live now. It’s right near Pooja, so it’s easy to find if you are walking around Mulund West. We’ve been here for a while. Every morning starts the same way with getting everything ready before the first person walks in. The air usually smells like whatever we are frying or packing up that hour. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. You might see me behind the counter or out front checking on the stock. Sometimes the road gets busy and noisy, but that is just how it is around here. We just focus on keeping the bins full of snacks. It's not a complicated life. Customers stop by on their way home from work or when they have guests coming over. I know a lot of the faces now. Some people have been coming since we first opened our doors. We try to keep things simple and just do what we know. If you are around J N Road, you’ll see the sign. It’s just a regular local shop where we put in the hours every single day. Nothing more to it than that, really. Just snacks and a bit of hard work to keep things going. I usually close up once the evening rush dies down and then do it all again the next day.
