M. S. Creation

Our place, M. S. Creation, is located in the Pathanwadi area of Malad. To find us, you usually have to look for Manisha Hotel, as we are right near there. Being in Malad means there is always something happening outside, lots of bikes and people walking to and from the main roads. We mostly do creative work, sewing and putting things together. The room we work in is quite packed with sewing machines and different types of thread. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through Pathanwadi. We aren't a large factory, just a local spot where things are made by hand. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to finish, and we can hear the noise from the hotel nearby. People from the surrounding buildings often drop by just to see what we are making. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because we prefer to just get the work done. The floor is usually covered in small scraps of fabric by the end of the shift. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors all know us. It’s a simple life, just making things and hoping they turn out right. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; it’s just sewing and creating stuff in our small corner of Malad. It is a bit cramped but it works for us.
