M N V International Events & Party is tucked away in Chembur East at Rajhansh Point, B/1008. It’s a decent spot, though the elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes during the lunch rush. We handle parties and events, which sounds more glamorous than it actually is. Most of the time, we are just counting chairs or making sure the caterer knows where the kitchen is located. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying up late. We started this because we liked seeing people enjoy themselves, but now it’s just our daily life. The office is where we keep all the files and the occasional bag of decorations that didn't get used for the last job. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of experts. It’s just a few of us who know how to organize things so they don't fall apart. Chembur is a good place for us since we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily from here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure your kid’s birthday or your cousin’s wedding goes off without a hitch. It gets stressful, and we drink way too much tea during the peak season. But it's what we do. We don’t really do big speeches. We just show up and do the heavy lifting until the party is over and everyone goes home happy.
