M Brijwasi Peanuts

Our operation is based in Malad West, specifically over in the GIDC Industrial Estate area near the Vatva Saibaba Chawl on D Mounte Lane. We mostly deal with peanuts, as the name suggests. It’s an industrial setup, so there’s a lot of roasting and packaging going on throughout the day. The smell of peanuts is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers, just a small crew of us making sure the quality is okay. The space can get pretty warm because of the machines, but we have a rhythm down. Most of our day is spent handling bags of raw nuts or checking the final product before it gets sent out. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything; it’s more of a warehouse and processing spot. People usually find us through the local trade networks or because they’ve been buying from us for years. The road around the chawl can be a bit tight for bigger trucks, but we make it work. We don't have a marketing department or a polished website. We just focus on the product and getting it delivered to the vendors. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
