Lunia Trading Company

Lunia Trading Company is based out of the Auto Friends Estate at 58/60 in Kalbadevi. Working in this estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and there is always someone loading or unloading a truck nearby. Our day is mostly spent on the phone or checking the goods that come in. We trade in various items and our warehouse space is usually packed with crates and cardboard boxes. It can get a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives and we have to move things around just to find a place to stand. The floor is concrete and we have a small corner for our desk where all the records are kept. We don't use any high-tech systems, just basic registers and a few calculators that have seen better days. The light in the estate is a bit dim, but we have some tube lights to keep things bright enough to work. We have built good relationships with the transporters over the years and they usually tell us some stories about their trips. Sometimes the traffic in Kalbadevi is so bad that the trucks get delayed for hours, which throws off our whole schedule. But we are used to it and we just wait it out while drinking a glass of water. It is a busy environment and there is never a quiet moment until we close the shutters for the night and head home after a long day of trading.
