Our place is way up on the 15th floor of the Picnic City Dreams building here in Bhandup West. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here if the elevators are busy, but the view of the station area is actually alright. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical supplies and different medicines from this office. It’s not a walk-in retail shop where you’d buy a single strip of tablets. It’s more of a hub for getting things moved to where they need to go. The boxes come in and out all day. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit cluttered with crates, but we try to keep it clear for the neighbors. Being near Bhandup station makes it easy for the staff to get here, even if the trains are a mess during peak hours. We’ve been in this 4 B 1505 unit for a while now. It feels like a second home because we spend so much time here checking orders and talking to suppliers on the phone. The air conditioning makes a weird humming noise sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the door. Most of our work is done through calls and paperwork. It’s a busy environment with people always checking lists and labels. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right places without too much fuss. It's practical work for a practical area in this part of town.
