This is Tv18 Home Shopping Network Ltd. We are based out of the Empire Complex in Lower Parel. The full address is 414 Senapati Bapat Marg, and we are on the first floor. Lower Parel is a very crowded part of Mumbai these days, full of old mills turned into offices. Our building, Empire Complex, is one of those places where a lot of media and retail stuff happens. Working in home shopping means things are always moving. We have a lot of people coming in and out, and the phones don't really stop. The first floor is a busy spot. Outside on Senapati Bapat Marg, the traffic is almost always at a standstill, especially during peak hours. You can hear the trains from the nearby station if it's quiet enough, but it rarely is. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to coordinate schedules. We deal with a lot of different products that people see on their screens. It’s not like a regular shop where things are on shelves. It’s more of a hub for organizing what goes out to customers across the country.
