Shwarde Pharmaceuticals

Shwarde Pharmaceuticals is based out of No. 2 Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel. Mumbai 13 is a busy place to be, and this compound is no different from the rest of the area. It has that old industrial feel to it, with trucks and vans coming in and out all the time. Our space isn't very large, but we manage to get all our pharmaceutical work done here without much trouble. The walls are a bit plain and the lighting is just standard office stuff, but we aren't here to win any design awards. We focus on getting the orders out and keeping the stock levels right on the computer. Lower Parel has changed a lot over the years with all the big towers, but Sun Mill Compound still feels like the old Mumbai in some ways. On rainy days, the water puddles up in the yard, and we have to be extra careful with the boxes when we unload them. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well and show up every day. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the desk, making sure everything is moving as it should. It’s a noisy environment with the construction nearby, but you get used to it after a while. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we're not. It’s just an office in a busy part of town.
