Lord Lifescience Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is at D-144 on the 1st floor of the Solaris-i building. We are located on Saki Vihar Road in Powai, which is a pretty active area with a lot of other companies around us. Lord Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. occupies this space, and it’s where we do all our daily operations. The walk from the main gate to our floor isn't too long, which is nice. Powai can get really jammed up with traffic, especially in the evenings, so we all try to time our departures carefully. Inside the office, it’s mostly just rows of desks and a lot of binders full of technical info. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it works for what we need. We have a small area where we keep the water cooler and the microwave. Most of the staff are local to the suburbs, so they know the area well. We don’t really go in for big corporate retreats or anything; we just have the occasional lunch together if someone is having a birthday. The lighting in the office could be better, but we’ve got enough desk lamps to make do. It’s a practical environment where we focus on the lifescience work. We handle a lot of calls and coordinate with different people all day. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve managed to find a good flow over the years. We just keep our heads down and keep going.
