Loom&Weaver Retail Private Limited

Loom&Weaver is located over in Andheri East. We’ve got an office space on the 23rd floor of the Oberoi Splendor building, which is right opposite the Majas Bus Depot on JVL Road. It’s quite high up, so we get a good view of the traffic on the road below. Even though it’s a retail company, this is more of our administrative side. We deal with the retail logistics and the weaving side of the business from here. The office is busy, with people coming in and out constantly. Being near the bus depot makes it easy for the staff to get here, though JVL Road is always a mess during peak hours. We have a lot of samples of our retail items scattered around the desks. It’s not a polished corporate floor; there are boxes stacked in the corners and files that need filing. We just focus on getting the retail orders sorted and making sure the weavers are on track. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags. It’s a real workplace for people who care about how cloth is made and sold. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking spreadsheets to keep things moving.
