Leena Soni

Leena Soni is basically a small setup operating out of Andheri. We are in the Mulay Arcade on Tilak Road, in unit B-203. Being in Andheri means it’s always busy outside, and the walk from the station can be a bit of a trek when it’s raining. The office itself is pretty simple. It’s not one of those glass-walled places you see in the movies. It’s just a room with some desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our days handling various professional tasks, mostly keeping things moving for the people who rely on us. It’s often just a couple of us here, so it stays pretty quiet. We don't have a lot of big rules or corporate policies. We just show up, look at what needs to be finished, and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other days we can head out early if things are calm. Tilak Road has plenty of little shops and tea stalls nearby, which is where we usually end up for breaks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We are just here in this arcade, doing our work as best as we can. It’s a modest way to earn a living, and it works for us. It might not be much to look at, but it’s our space and we’ve made it comfortable enough to get through the daily tasks.
