Anjali Mahindra Chawla

I’m Anjali Mahindra Chawla. I’ve got my setup over in Andheri West, specifically in the Hibiscus Building. I am on the 3rd floor, in unit 303. If you know Andheri, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the buildings and the traffic, but Hibiscus is a well-known spot once you get into the lane. I’ve been working out of this space for a bit now. It’s a comfortable room, nothing too flashy. I have my computer, a bunch of files, and a very old chair that I probably should have replaced last year. But it works. Living and working in Andheri West means things are always moving fast. There’s always someone buzzing the intercom or some noise from the street below. I handle all my business right from here. I don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for me. It’s just me answering the phone and getting through the to-do list every day. Sometimes I lose track of time when I’m busy, and suddenly it’s evening. The building staff is friendly enough, which helps. I like being on the third floor because I can see a bit of the trees outside. It doesn't feel like a cold office. It feels like a place where things actually get finished. I keep my hours pretty regular, but since it’s my own thing, I’m often here late. It is just the way it goes.
