Our office for Leading Edge Integrated Marketing Services is tucked away in the Kalpataru Estate over in Poonam Nagar. If you know Andheri East, you know it’s always buzzing and the traffic near the JVLR can be a real headache some mornings. We are located at 53, 6 - B, which is a decent spot once you actually get inside and away from the noise of the street. It’s a busy place where we handle a lot of different marketing tasks, from sorting out pamphlets to managing bigger campaigns that come through the door. We don't have a fancy reception area with a waterfall or anything like that. Instead, it’s mostly stacks of paper, some old posters on the walls, and the sound of people talking on their phones. The team is a mix of young kids who are quick with technology and some older folks who have been in Mumbai for decades. We usually order lunch from the local dhabas nearby, and the smell of spicy food often fills the office around one o’clock. The elevator in this building is famously slow, so we often end up taking the stairs if we’re in a hurry to catch a meeting. It’s a bit cramped when we have a big project going on, but we make it work by shifting desks around. Being in Mumbai means things move fast, and we just try to keep up with the pace without losing our minds.
