Le Chocolate

Le Chocolate is situated at 2/B-6 Piramal Nagar in Goregaon. It’s a nice little corner where we spend our days working with various chocolate products. Unlike those massive factories you might imagine, we are a smaller operation. The air usually smells a bit like cocoa if the wind is right, which the neighbors seem to like. Goregaon has grown so much lately, but our little spot feels pretty consistent. We have a few people who help with the preparation and others who handle the packing. It’s a lot of manual work, getting the temperatures right and making sure everything looks decent before it goes into a box. We don’t have a big flashy storefront; it’s more of a production space where we get things done. We aren’t interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to make stuff that tastes good and keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes we try new things, and they don’t work out, so we just go back to what we know. It’s a learning process every day. Our team is like a small group of friends who happen to work together. We don't use much fancy equipment, just the basics that have served us well over the years. It’s just us, some chocolate, and a lot of hard work. We don't try to make it sound better than it really is. It is just what we do here every day and we like it.
