Our shop is number 93 on Nandlal Jani Marg, right across from the Gomukh Hotel. If you know the Masjid area, you know it is always packed with people and vehicles, especially with the docks and the market nearby. We deal with air services, which mostly means handling cargo and shipments that need to go out by plane. It’s a fast-paced environment and our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We spend our days dealing with weigh-bills, customs forms, and making sure boxes are labeled correctly so they don't get lost. The space is small and usually stacked high with packages waiting to be moved. Being in Masjid Bunder means we are always surrounded by the sounds of the city, trucks honking and people shouting. It’s not a quiet job, but we like the energy of the place. We usually have a tea from the stall across the street while we wait for the transport vans to arrive. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a lot of fancy technology, just the basics to keep track of the shipments and keep our clients updated on where their stuff is. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at this spot for years and we know the rhythm of the neighborhood. We just do our best to make sure everything gets to the airport on time despite the heavy traffic outside.
