Laviniya

Laviniya is based out of House Number 29 in Lohar Chawl. We are right in the Mahim area, which has a very specific feel to it. Opposite us is the Sea Breez building, which is a big landmark for people trying to find our door. Being near Thadk Mahim means we are close to the water, and you can definitely smell the sea air when the wind blows the right way. The house is an old place, not like the new glass towers you see in other parts of the city. It’s been our base for a long time. Lohar Chawl is a busy place with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We open up in the morning, handle whatever needs doing, and talk to the people who stop by. It’s a very local atmosphere where you know the person selling bread and the guy at the corner shop. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a house where we do our business. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside with all the stuff we have stored, but that’s just how it goes. The neighborhood is friendly, and there’s always something happening on the street. It’s a practical way to live and work, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
